Purpose: Organization of the NASSS conference program.

Purpose: Solicit nominations for NASSS Executive Board positions and oversee the election process.
Chair - Billy Hawkins, University of Georgia: bhawk[at]uga.edu
Purpose: Increase and retain scholars of color in NASSS, encourage cutting edge scholarship focused on race/ethnicity and sport/physical activity, advocate for change in NASSS and the physical activity professions at large, and select the Graduate Minority Scholarship winner.

Purpose: To referee submissions to the BBOSPA and select a winner.
Chair (MaL) - Michelle Helstein, University of Lethbridge: helsmt[at]uleth.ca
Purpose: Review all Sociology of Sport Journal articles from the previous calendar year and select a winner.
Chair (MaL) - Ted Butryn, San Jose State University: tbutryn1[at]hup.sjsu.edu
Purpose: Review books published in the year previous to or in which they were appointed, that have been nominated by a NASSS member, and select a winner.

Purpose: Solicit nominees for the award from the NASSS membership and select the recipient.

Purpose: Facilitate NASSS's online presence.

Purpose: Aid in the construction of a proposed budget, evaluate existing fiscal policies, appoint an auditor and report the results to the Board of Directors.
